includes real-time lecture or Q&A with appropriate talent (motivational speaker, celebrity spokesperson, area expert, or entertainer).
Rental and deployment of a LongPen™ unit for the duration of the event (additional shipping costs may apply)
Onsite technical representatives as well as off site technical monitoring
Logistic coordination

Full LongPen™ Experience

includes above services as well as talent signing session (book, cd, etc) for event attendees.

Timeline and requirements:

Technical vetting of the Internet connection must take place one month prior to the event. For shorter timelines, please contact LongPen™ directly. Unvetted locations will not be eligible for Special Events.

A high speed internet connection is required. Dedicated or T1 lines may be required depending on event details.

Coordination:

As the client, you are responsible for providing the talent, with whom (or with whose representation) LongPen™ will then coordinate. You are responsible for providing full contact information for the talent to LongPen™.

When booking a LongPen™ Special Event, you should have all venue information collected or available to you.
